Constance Golden has extensive experience in all aspects of international and domestic trademark practice. Ms. Golden currently manages large portfolios of trademark matters for multinational clients. Her representation includes trademark searches, filing applications, responding to Office Actions, initiating cancellation and opposition actions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ms. Golden has aggressively pursued trademark infringers for her clients. Ms. Golden has assisted clients in developing significant trademark portfolios for their products and/or services. Ms. Golden was Chief Litigation counsel for General Foods Corporation, managing and participating in litigation matters involving high visibility and multi-million dollar exposure.
