Mel has extensive experience in advising businesses and in transactional matters including licensing, distribution, sourcing, real estate, and commercial agreements. Mel is experienced in advertising law and has successfully defended his client's promotional programs before the Federal Trade Commission. Before joining the Firm, Mel was Vice President and Chief Counsel of Sara Lee Branded Apparel. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Counsel of Playtex Apparel. Mel was also responsible for the management of high profile litigation. He serves on the boards of several corporations.
