Ms. Halstead specializes in all areas of U.S. trademark prosecution, oppositions and cancellations. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Halstead also concentrated in international trademark practice, and U.S. trademark clearance. During law school, Ms. Halstead obtained a clerkship with a Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York.
